Location is good, family room is convenient for family of three.

We stayed here only for the flight next morning.
Place is decent, clean and can fit a family of 4.
It is near to many of the attractions in Tianjin and shopping malls.
There is a massage just right beside it that operates 24hrs. Good for a good massage to relief the tired legs before going home!

We booked the deluxe family suite. It was a very comfy suite with 2 Queen beds in a separate room. We could watch TV at night without disturbing our child sleeping. We wanted to extend our stay in Novotel, front desk lady 朱桐欣 was very helpful and patience to guide me to join as a member so I could save more. 谢谢你!
Service is good. We will stay here again if we stop by Tianjin again.

We had a great time in Novotel Tianjin. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. Resonable price, clean, new and modern furniture, supportive staff. The staffs couldn't speak English with us but they were very helpful and supportive, they help us to find restaurants and even took us directly to the destination.

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.
