We had a good staff. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit older than the other Lavende hotels we have stayed at but it looks like they are doing some renovations.

The location is great and easy to go most tourist spots, within walking distance to Tianjin railway station, the Jiefang bridge and Italian walking street. The room service is good, bed is comfortable except breakfast is disappointing with the price we paid !
