Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during an overnight trip from Beijing, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I took the subway to the hotel. The walk from the station was a bit challenging because the roads are currently being refurbished, which meant there were no markings. This made crossing the street quite confusing and a little unsafe! When I checked in, the staff member at the front desk didn’t speak much English. She handed me the room key without explaining which floor I was on or where the elevator was located, so another staff member had to assist me. The front desk was quite busy, as several guests were checking out at the same time. I also requested to include breakfast in my fee, but I don’t think she understood me. As a result, I ended up paying for breakfast the next morning. I arrived at 9 AM, but the selection was quite limited. I didn’t use the hotel facilities, but I did take a look at the gym and pool, which are open to the public. The shower in my room provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and having a bathtub was a nice touch! One thing to note is that the hotel is open to the public, which made it quite busy during my stay. There was a wedding happening when I arrived, and later that evening, I encountered a birthday party. This meant there were many non-guests around, which made me feel a bit uneasy, especially as a solo female traveler. Being in the elevator with some drunken guests was particularly intimidating when they tried to strike up conversations. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel five stars. Also, keep in mind that there’s no massage spa available. While I didn’t order room service, there are options for both local and Western food, including pizza.

Although I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!

The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa, What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

A 4-star hotel, next to the Tianjin Auditorium. There is a bathtub, so the children can relax and soak in it. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable, just the right hardness and softness I like. The front desk service is very good and they gave us Tianjin specialty small fried dough twist. I will stay here again when I come to Tianjin for tourism

The service at the business hotel is very good. Ge Rui and Chen Yingmiao at the front desk upgraded the room type, assisted in issuing the invoice, and personally led us to the room, which was very efficient. When checking in, I muttered to my colleague, ”The weather in the north is so dry. I forgot to bring moisturizer. It was a mistake.” Then when I got to the room after dinner, I saw the Yanyuan customized moisturizer (Tianjin hotels do not actively provide disposable products). This is the best service I have encountered in so many business trips to the north, so I specially wrote down the name, it must be 5 Star!

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and a comfortable environment. Hygiene: The hotel is very clean and someone comes to clean every day. Service: The lady at the front desk is very friendly and asked us if we wanted coffee. The hotel is very close to the Line 6 subway station. There are also food nearby, such as KFC and Pizza Hut.

Loved our stay at Hampton. Excellent service. The hotel staff went the second mile for us. Especially Ms. Folina who ordered waimai on our behalf and even advanced the payment from her e-wallet. We could not have breakfast at the hotel as we had to check out and rush to the airport before 6.00am. The staff arranged for transfer to the airport and packed food for us to have breakfast on the go. We will surely stay at Hampton if we visit Tianjin again.

The apartment is very clean...the bedding is very comfortable...the last time I booked a hotel apartment in Tianjin, it was not as good as this one. This is really good. I will go there next time I have a chance.
