Tianjin Hexi District Hotels

I stayed at this hotel for one night during an overnight trip from Beijing, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I took the subway to the hotel. The walk from the station was a bit challenging because the roads are currently being refurbished, which meant there were no markings. This made crossing the street quite confusing and a little unsafe! When I checked in, the staff member at the front desk didn’t speak much English. She handed me the room key without explaining which floor I was on or where the elevator was located, so another staff member had to assist me. The front desk was quite busy, as several guests were checking out at the same time. I also requested to include breakfast in my fee, but I don’t think she understood me. As a result, I ended up paying for breakfast the next morning. I arrived at 9 AM, but the selection was quite limited. I didn’t use the hotel facilities, but I did take a look at the gym and pool, which are open to the public. The shower in my room provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and having a bathtub was a nice touch! One thing to note is that the hotel is open to the public, which made it quite busy during my stay. There was a wedding happening when I arrived, and later that evening, I encountered a birthday party. This meant there were many non-guests around, which made me feel a bit uneasy, especially as a solo female traveler. Being in the elevator with some drunken guests was particularly intimidating when they tried to strike up conversations. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel five stars. Also, keep in mind that there’s no massage spa available. While I didn’t order room service, there are options for both local and Western food, including pizza.

The service is very good, nothing to complain about. I trust Hilton's quality. They also upgraded the room type for free. There are many types of breakfast, the taste is very good, and the environment is even better. There is a free gym and parking lot, which is very friendly to people who drive.

The hotel is very good location,walk 100 meter to KFC/yoshinoya/mcdonalds/pizza hut near to 5 avenue,very clean,staff is very helpful when i need wheelchair for my mom,they easily give to us,the breakfast also delicious,the room is very unique ,it have 2 gaming seat +monitor and very big refrigerator ,2 sofa and spacious area,the bed very comfortable,amenities complete,and the toilet have shower! Haha very rare at china,definetely will comeback again! Keep up the good job!

I came here in the middle of the night because I was uncomfortable staying in another hotel. As soon as I entered the door, the front desk lady immediately brought me a glass of water, which made me happy instantly. I told the front desk lady that the pungent smell in the previous hotel room caused me to cough, sore throat and itchy nose. The lady immediately upgraded me to a quiet room for free, and said that if I was not satisfied, I could change the room. The room was clean, there was no strange smell, and the bedding was especially good, very comfortable, good review

Location and facilities are very good. Perfect room for family staying and also allowed us to check in early.. I will surely stay here again next time!

It's pretty good. A new one has opened in Tianjin, which is closer to the company. The staff are very good-looking. They give you a cup of tea when you come. It makes you feel warm. There are coffee and fruit tea as soon as you enter the door. Atour's tea service has a new form, which is really good. My colleagues are also attracted by the fruit tea. It tastes good. The porridge in the evening is also good. It is free and self-service. It is very friendly to me. Drinking a bowl of hot porridge and eating some pickles in the evening will make my appetite very comfortable. Late-night porridge is indispensable to me

The newly renovated room still smells temporarily, and the window is opened immediately after entering the house. The most unbearable strange thing, the big white light in the hall at 6 o'clock in the morning suddenly turned on, not only scary, but also noisy to sleep, the light has been on, no matter what switch is pressed, it doesn't work, I can go down to the front desk to ask the waiter, explaining that the sudden power outage is in the repair, the emergency light is on. No way to close. Calling Trip.com communication was fruitless, the hotel actually said that everyone was awakened, everyone was like this! It is difficult to understand, so we are awakened at 6 am when we stay at the hotel and we deserve it! Tossing, it is difficult to fall asleep after waking up, delaying breakfast and delaying the morning trip, the hotel has no apologies at all, and will not come again in the future

I chose this hotel when I came to Tianjin for the first time. It was newly renovated in 2024. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, the view is wide, the bedding is comfortable, and the service attitude is warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The newly opened hotel facilities are relatively new and the house is very clean. The fly in the ointment is that every time you enter the door, you can smell the decoration. At first, you can't adapt, and your throat is a bit painful. There is also a welcome speech from Ms. xx on the TV, which is very intimate. The bed was very comfortable, the duvet, and the sound of the duvet could be heard when it was opened. The whole house is smart, the voice control of Xiao Aidu, and the toilet can be used. Although there is no top spray, but the hand spray head is not imagined, the toiletries can not be unscrewd, it is quite safe, after all, everyone has, and it is not safe to get something inside. Most hotels do not have cockroaches, facial cleansers, body milk, this hotel has, I brought it myself. The door bolt is quite novel, the first time I saw it was not a chain. There are not many varieties of breakfast, many things are empty, the new is not fast enough, there is no coffee. Ask the front desk what time to check out, said it was 12 o'clock, I said that I was afraid that I would not come back, I wanted to check out late, and I immediately agreed, very refreshing.
