If you want to meet guests and discuss important matters, you can go to the tea room. The hotel has just opened, but there is a fly in the ointment. The breakfast is not yet fully operational. It is said that it will be officially operational this Friday. But the basics are available, and the stall is open every day, including noodles, wontons, salads, toast, corn, eggs, and more. There are also nfc juices and crystal coffee is very good! The hotel waiter asked me if I wanted to try Tianjin's special breakfast when I checked in. Since the hotel was not ready yet and I couldn't make it myself, he specially ordered a set of pancakes and fruits for me outside. It tasted good. Thank you!

When I checked in, I could feel that the service of this hotel was very warm. I took the initiative to ask and provided hot tea. It was very intimate. Nothing short of excellent. Very convenient with the metro just in front of e hotel, river walk by the back, train station for the train to Beijing just 5mins away by car. Fantastic views of the river from the room. Truly luxurious stay. Lounge was great too! Pic is a view from the room.

Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office. 2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard. 3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos. 4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition. 5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection . 6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool. 7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor. Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

I arrived before 10am and was received by 2 friendly staff (forgotten to ask for their names). The room was ready and check in immediately. Room - clean and spacious, beautiful view of sunrise. Location - just beside Tianjin railway and MRT station (walk to North Square and exit 6). Very near to tourists attractions. There are many eating places around the location. Will recommend to my friends and definitely stay here if I am in Tianjin again.
