The decoration style is the same as at home, and I feel at home. The room is very large and comfortable. It is very close to Goubuli, which is convenient for gatherings. The breakfast surprised me. It is a Tianjin-style breakfast, which is not worse than Goubuli. The dining environment is what I need. The service is very professional, unlike the one in the county. I will stay here again.

No complaints at all about our stay. It was a nice and fantastically kept hotel. Everything was good overall. Only thing is hotel did not pay attention to my request during booking. Of course I did not raise it with them at check in but these are small things that matter so someone should be checking individual customer requests.

it is a wonderful Holiday Inn facility, the service is first rate, I wish I took note of the receptionist while checking in, she was absolutely delightful . Unfortunately, the location is slightly off, it will require a tax ride to all the high lights of the city of Tianjin. there are decent eateries around the hotel.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

Great hotel with prompt response for every request. Good location, convenience for transportation, the subway is only a couple of minutes walk away, which can directly reach the airport. Two things can improve: 1. it’s will be better to have a mini microwave in the room. 2. Sometimes there’s smoke smell in the hallway, it’s better smoke is only allowed in the smoking-room, not other places in the building.

We booked the deluxe family suite. It was a very comfy suite with 2 Queen beds in a separate room. We could watch TV at night without disturbing our child sleeping. We wanted to extend our stay in Novotel, front desk lady 朱桐欣 was very helpful and patience to guide me to join as a member so I could save more. 谢谢你! Service is good. We will stay here again if we stop by Tianjin again.
