Excellent hotel at great central location, right next to river walk. Spacious, comfortable & well furnished room. Professional & friendly staff, always greet me warmly. Wide section for breakfast, though a bit bland. Best hotel I’ve stayed at for quite a while.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging. Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.

It is a wonderful place, very well located. The reception desk staff are very helpful. The breakfast is super, especially impressed that the chef was around almost everyday of my stay at the breakfast area, and guided me well on the vegetarian options. The gym is very conveniently attached the laundry, and you can get your clothes washed will doing the Laundry. On the flip side, take note that the lift from the lobby takes you to the second floor and then you need to change the lifts again to the main rooms. The rooms are all well kept and neat.

A cute room package for family. Good view to see the ferris wheel and room is clean. As now is the winter time, room only has heater and no aircon, so if feel hot, just need to off the heater, it will be good!

We were lucky to check in on a good weather and stayed on high floor.the hotel design is such that the rooms are built from 41 on wards.it was also pretty clean and toilet was modern.however there is no security box.the beds were pretty comfy but it can get stuffy unless u open the window sill and also allow the air con to build up its cool air which can take a while.otherwise location is near to the river side and the main bridge.note that on certain days they have live singers by the river and u can hear it at high floors.ends around 10-11pm…

Bravo to the lady who was cleaning my room. She cannot speak English at all but made a huge effort to ensure she communicates in English using translation software. She is very intelligent and offered great service. The location is great. Very beautiful near the river. Near Marco Polo and Italian street. And the room is great value for money. You can see the sunrise and beautiful view of the city through the bedroom window.

Facilities: It looks quite textured and well maintained, but the linens need to be replaced. Environment: Good location, convenient transportation, it takes about 10 minutes to get there by taxi from Tianjin Station, next to the Haihe Scenic Belt, the neon-lit Tianjin Eye is particularly beautiful at night. Hygiene: The room is separated into dry and wet areas, comfortable and hygienic. Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic, and Lucy, the girl at the front desk, is very enthusiastic.

Had an excellent stay, the standards of this brand of hotels is always consistently good. The staff at this location were extremely welcoming and attentive. Will go above and beyond. There is a subway station right next door making getting around very simple and convenient. The rooms are clean and quiet, there is also very convenient and easy to use laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕
