It was more than we could have asked for. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We were also traveling with my father and mother—my mother has mild dementia—and despite her occasional episodes, the staff were consistently understanding and patient. We truly couldn't have asked for better care or hospitality. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options ranging from Western to various Asian cuisines. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. And the location? Phenomenal. Right in the heart of Tianjin’s busiest streets! While some might find the hustle and bustle a bit much, we found it perfect for our little adventure around the city. Just a heads-up: since it's a lively area, it might take a bit longer for your ride to arrive. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

The hotel is conveniently located. Three minutes from the metro station (4 branches). Very friendly staff at the reception. We even checked in two hours ahead of the official check-in time. After learning that it was my birthday, the hotel staff brought us fruits to the room. The room itself is cozy and clean. One of the disadvantages is that it is very cold in the bathroom, which has windows facing the street. Well, the pool on the minus ground floor is tiny. As for breakfast, it's good and satisfying. Overall, it's good. But not exactly ”five stars”, in my usual sense.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

a famous brand with certain confidence in the quality. not bad to ride share-bike to the hotel from public transport stops. booked the package with seafood buffet hotpot dinner, which was good as expected with unlimited hairy crabs, beer & wine provided. the night view of my room of the river was excellent.

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.

Room is small but clean, I only manage to open one luggage at one time, just book bigger room if you need bigger space. Breakfast is simple, can just skip it. Location is very good, there are many museums and eatery places nearby.

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes.
