很不錯的民宿，地理位置非常好，離瓊台仙谷很近，周圍環境清幽，面朝羣山和水庫，空氣清新，非常適合休養生息～

老闆還給我們升級了特大窗戶的景觀房
酒店地理位置方便 走10分鐘能到琼台仙谷山上入口
非常非常方便
餐廳的亞姨做菜很好吃，使用當地的食材
蔬菜十分新鮮可口 ！
早餐現做的夾餅和包子非常捧 ！
我老公還連續吃了三個 😊
下次去天台山 還是會住觀海👍🏻😊

硬件很不錯，房間裝修大氣。如果店家再提供入住水果就更人性化了。我們因為一早去景區遊玩，12點之前趕不回酒店，老闆同意免費晚二個小時退房。非常感謝！

房間內的設施很方便。前台小哥及阿姨服務熱情周到。早餐豐富配置合理，晚餐極有特色，既有當地的魚又有海鮮，還有當地的小蝦。菜量超大。新的桐柏宮乾淨整潔。附近有紫凝易筋經的培訓班，紫凝易筋經對健身是有好處的。

在房間躺着就能看得見風景的民宿，阿姨飯菜做的非常可口，食材都是山上無污染不施肥的綠色蔬菜。民宿前方就是桐柏水庫，距離桐柏宮和瓊台仙谷（上入口）很近，晚飯後還能繞湖散步，非常 nice👍

很少寫評價，這次居住體驗真的很差，首先民宿在景區附近，景色不錯，但是位置太偏了，民宿內又不提供一些便利品（軟飲，水果，泡麪啥的）的購買，沒有果盤贈送，問了前台，問那飲料是不是能給幾瓶，也沒有。最令人無語的是晚上睡覺的時候有一盞不能關閉的頭頂“感應燈”，也不知道它的工作原理是啥，忽亮忽暗，實在是折磨人，大半夜衹能喊前台小哥扶着梯子拿膠帶把燈遮住（這個時候已經半夜2點了），這個時候喊小哥有沒有飲料賣（我不舒服的時候就想喝點小甜水），終於給我拿了2瓶可樂。終於熬到了早餐，7點的時候天花板又開始發出滋啦啦（很難形容，當時錄音了一下）的聲音，後面趕着去景區也懶得掰扯這些事情了，走的時候前台小哥表達了一下歉意，這是遭遇了這麼多不好的體驗第一次被表達歉意（哪怕昨晚那個感應燈事件，小哥也衹是封好燈走人），給我們送了2罐山楂糕，，然後説下次來給我們免費升級房間，，看似有誠意實則無誠意，給顧客造成這麼糟糕的體驗為什麼不是這次房費折算部分，現在連售後都畫餅，，960的一晚上，連基本休息都沒保障好。
