"The front desk staff were polite, but there was a used tissue from the previous guest on the counter, which was a bit off-putting. The only minor drawbacks were that there was no doorman to help with luggage upon arrival, and the welcome fruit wasn't washed and even had some spoiled pieces. It's not super close to the Old Street, BUT there are electric bikes right nearby that are really fun to ride!"

The location is fantastic – Ji Gong's Former Residence is only about 300 meters to the left when you step out, and you can easily walk to Zhexixi Old Street, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was just right, not too soft nor too hard, so I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was also good. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came on quickly. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and it tasted great too.
