So not bad at all. Stayed for about a week. Ordered lots of room service and drank at the bar. Room was wonderful. My only complaint was when I called room service one night and the guy was obviously annoyed, quite rude. I asked for the total of my order to have money ready and he judt plainly say ”no. Anything else? I responded no then he hangs up. No time or thank you. Other than that I enjoyed the security of the hotel, we left money out and maid service came by while we were lit and they didn't take it but instead changed our sheets, towels and tidied up my workstation (desk). Will be returning in April again.
I’ve been on Trip Advisor for a long time and have never posted a review. I felt compelled to do this after staying at the K Tower Hotel for the past 2 weeks. My wife and I decided to go to Tijuana for alternative cancer treatment at the Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana. Needless to say neither of us was very excited about the prospect of spending several weeks in Tijuana. However all of that changed once we found the K Tower hotel. From the manager Jose to the concierge Christian and Marcos and all of the wait staff in the excellent restaurants we have been more than satisfied with our stay here. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and all of our needs are met. Our room is huge and extremely clean. Both the downstairs pool and the upstairs rooftop pool are gorgeous! The rooftop bar, pool and hot tub are straight out of Architectural Digest and are top notch. There is a DJ most nights playing really good music. The food in the 3 restaurants is amazing- fresh fish, beef, chicken and vegetables with amazing presentation and so is the room service for that matter. Rooftop sushi is excellent and fresh. If you find yourself in Tijuana please don’t hesitate to stay here at the K Tower or its sister property the Hotel Lucerne (they are adjacent).
Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.
this is the third time in 3 years we stay at this amazing hotel. This hotel just renovated there rooms, great Bosque room with a chimney and an amazing layout. Its not fancy but it is very nice. each time is a surprise, now they have plenty of parking now. They gave us a free beer at the bar, what hotel does that? not many!! jaja they have a great new outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the evening. Great hotel
The hotel is being renovated, the room has a new decoration taste, if the room is very noisy by the road, it is noisy all night, if the sleep is not good, it is not recommended, the staff is still warm.
This is the kind of place you stay to get a few hours of sleep after getting drunk in one of TJ's many drinking establishments. The hotel is right in the middle of the red light district. It is convenient to many of the establishments that people come to TJ for. If you don't care about anything other than having a bed in a convenient location, this place is a good value and may work for you. It's not a place you'll want to spend any extra time at. That being said, let me explain more about this hotel. It looks nice from the outside, and is set back from the main road by a private parking lot which is guarded. The security of this place is good, which is much appreciated considering the seediness of the area. The staff here are good too, very efficient and friendly. Check in and check out are a breeze and the staff will help whenever they can. The public areas of the hotel have been recently spruced up and look nice. The price of the rooms are reasonable. Those are the only positives, though. The rooms are just nasty - smelly, noisy, dirty. There is almost no natural light - one window faces the interior hotel atrium, and two tiny windows located in the shower room open to an alleyway. There is no fresh air in the rooms and no ventilation, other than noisy wall unit A/C which is only recirculating the same stale air. This is probably why the rooms have a smell. The walls are thin so you'll be hearing a lot of noise (though just from the inside of the hotel - the hotel is set back enough from the street that you don't hear street noise). The rooms were not clean, with little stains here and there, paint peeling off, mold in the bathroom area etc. There are also almost no amenities - no fridge, hair dryer, tissue box. There is a small safe, however. My towels were damp, probably from not being dried enough in the laundry. This hotel can serve a purpose but just know what you are getting if you make a reservation.

SSandra DI loved this hotel from the start ! Beautiful, luxurious and friendly staff . The Boca restaurant had amazing food and offered free breakfast . The rooms were stunning . Comfortable beds and pillow . The halls were a bit thin you can hear a lot but even as a light sleeper I was able to rest . The black out shades were great. The swimming pool was heated as well as the jacuzzi . I would definitely recommend . It felt safe , you can’t go to any floor expect the floor your are in with your key , spa which has a nice little gym next to it and pool floor . The pharmacy was just below it , super convenient and prices were not bad at all . The hospital was right there as well and a ton of restaurants including the ones attached and some across the street . They provide a free shuttle to the line . Absolutely wonderful .
GGuest UserMy girlfriend had surgery at a nearby hospital (a block away) we stayed here as art of her surgery package. There were a lot of other patients here as well. You would think that a hotel that has a contract with the hospital that are mostly Canadian and American patients would have TV in English. Now, tv is usually not a big deal but considering after surgery most in recovery are expected to rest. With only 1 English station playing old episodes of 'Criminal Minds' and old movies 'Men in Black' 'Baywatch' it was extremely frustrating. Was told 20 minutes for the room to be ready but it took 90 minutes. Just be honest people, if it's going to take 90 minutes, then say so. There were over 10 of us checking in and waiting in the lounge right in front of the desk but no one from the desk (who could see us clearly) offered us an update as to what was going on. Again, most were surgery patients and just needed to lay down, however an entire football team was checked in before us. Not cool. Location is good, felt very safe. A lovely Mexican restaurant across the street with good prices and good food.
GGuest UserI was in this fantastic hotel to celebrate the independence of Mexico from September 15 to 16, this hotel has the largest rooms, comfortable, impeccable, amenities and the best thing is the terrace that is on the top floor with an exceptional view, prices They are very reasonable, but best of all is the great team they have, starting with the reception, everyone is very professional and very friendly and with a warm welcoming smile.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, there are no other problems, but I booked a few more days, and they didn't agree to check out one day early... I suggest you book it for one or two days.
GGuest UserI booked a King Room. The comfortable king bed filled almost half the room (not counting the fairly small bathroom); the rest of the room had two nightstands and a simple desk with one straight-backed wooden chair. Except for three lamps, a safe in the closet and a wastebasket, that's all that was in the room -- nothing luxurious or comfortable except the bed. Everything seemed new and spotlessly clean. This cost $54 USD per night mid-week. There were some irritating problems -- none serious, but not what I'd expect at a ”four-star” hotel (says Google). The biggest one: check-in time was 3pm. I got there at 2pm, told my room would be ready at 3. Came back at 3; the room wasn't ready. I waited until 3:30, as other people checked in. Finally I went to the desk and nicely insisted on having my room instead of sitting in the lobby. They found one. This was on a weekday, when I'd guess rooms aren't in as much demand. The front desk staff could see me sitting there; why didn't they come over and offer a room?
GGuest UserNot the first time I've stayed at this hotel, but the first review I've written after a visit. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and organized. All of the staff has been polite, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Clean rooms along with good food from both the bar and breakfast. I will continue to frequent this Marriott.
GGuest UserPlace was nice and clean recommend staying here love how it has a a fridge and mini stove. Beds were comfy felt like I was in a studio apartment
I booked one night for my parents, when I called the hotel to make the electronic payment a few days my parents would arrive, I spoke to two different people at the hotel, and they told conflicting information. One could find my reservation, the other person couldn't. I was given the bank information to make the payment, but I had to present myself and my card so my parents could use the room. Although one of the people I talked to was helpful and was thinking on how to resolve the problem, the other person didn't care about how to resolve the problem, she kept saying it wasn't possible and couldn't find my reservation. I got frustrated and after 3 calls and 3 e-mails, I decided to cancel my reservation and go to a different place.
GGuest UserMy son and I had a quick stopover on our way from Tijuana airport to San Diego airport, and this was just right. We checked in late, after 11pm, and the front desk was open and able to help us. A light breakfast of fruit, toast with butter and jam and coffee and juice were included, and my son got eggs with chorizo for a few dollars more. Our room was spacious and stylish with a smallish TV with some TV in English. The room did not have drinking water, so I went to Oxxo for a large bottle of water and some snacks, and did not have any trouble on the short walk. There was a ten dollar deposit that I got back when we checked out. The hotel had a van and driver available to go to the airport for $5. We were non the second floor and used the elevator, and there were some steps to our room and inside the room. The shower was nice and clean, as was the room. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were kind and courteous. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from Tijuana airport.
The average price for hotels in Tijuana is AED 397 on weekdays, and AED 442 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
