This hotel is nestled near a highway where traffic is a problem... relatively noisy all night despite the windows being closed... dilapidated room but great bedding! Average maintenance, soiled and dark carpet, hair found in the bathroom….Big disappointment also with the breakfast, nothing homemade but industrial, the same for the orange and apple juices! Very average overall

We enjoyed our stay and the staffs were very friendly and able to help anytime needed. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and special thanks to Fabiano, he also helped on how to navigate the city & its environs. Will recommend anytime.

Not a great location. Rooms are old and outdated furniture. They do not have a locker too. The lift only goes till the 4th floor, so you have to go till the 4th floor in the lift and then climb the stairs to go to the 5th floor. The staff is helpful though and nice.

Nice clean hotel no complaints. Good breakfast and decent coffee, nice and clean and friendly staff recommend to any visitors. A little walk in the center of Tirana but exactly what we wanted for our stay. All facilities worked fine. Nice reception and bar area

The hotel was good but there was lot of noise. The breakfast wasn't perfect. There was a wiew of an other appartement but the staff ws friendly. There was a mini bar with lots of stuff. The television was working normally. The toilet was moving and doing a lot of noise.

wow, I am absolute blown away by how nice this hotel was.the staff was really accomidating to our need and spoke very good English. even when we got locked out of our room they worked quickly to unlock it. the rooms had good air condition which felt good as it was hot outside, and there was stocked fridge with cold drinks and snacks to purchase. when we first entered the hotel we were greeted with a glass of cold refreshing orange juice. overall this hotel has really nice and helpful staff, the rooms are really nice and beds are conformable, and the location was good because there were stores and restaurants in a walking distance. very pleased.

I give the hotel 3 stars for the price charged and the friendliness of the reception staff because otherwise I didn't particularly like the hotel. Located in a rather ugly part of the city, with nothing interesting around it. The view (from the balcony that faced the back was horrible) Hotel with very, very old appearance and furniture. Large and reasonable room and beds. Clean bathroom but without protection for the entire shower area (one side is completely open) so water comes out, wetting the entire bathroom. Lots of noise both between the rooms and from the street, which ends up disturbing your rest. Very poor breakfast, for example the croissants were clearly not fresh as they were extremely hard, with no natural juices, little fruit or anything impressive.

I leave for work reasons at 6.30 in the morning, I return after 17 and my room has not been cleaned, I notify the reception and in response they tell me that when I went out in the morning I did not advise to have it cleaned. Also yesterday I left the hotel without notifying and the maid was groomed. In any case I ask to provide but at this time they can't do anything. Other than 4 stars, I'm thinking of notifying the tourist board and in any case better to choose another hotel.
