The room was very small, not the measurements stated in the description. It was more like 12 square meters in the bedroom, whereas the bathroom was adequate. The location was good, close to bars, restaurants, and the main square. The breakfast was adequate so it's was fine for a night or two.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jolly. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Jolly for a pleasant and enjoyable hotel experience.☺️🇦🇱👍🏻

When I reached the hotel there was no electricity in the whole building, so it was not pleasant experience. Rooms are upstairs so you need to use the stairs to reach the room as there is no elevator. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was average. Location was centrally in the city. Check out process was so fast

The location is ideal, it is located in the center of Tirana near the Pazari Market and not far from Scanderberg Square, in front of the structure there is a secure paid car park. The hotel cannot be classified as a 3 star but as a 2. The breakfast room is small with wobbly tables and not well managed, every day there are the same things plus non-typical products and packaged croissants. Cleaning is done daily but leaves something to be desired. The rooms are small and be careful not to be assigned the mezzanine above the breakfast room, the window has no shutters and to make it dark, they have to lower the shutter, the shower does not have a shower tray but the water falls on the floor itself, the The wardrobe was occupied by blankets from the structure. On a positive note, Angela was at the front desk but they let her quit.
Some of the staff speak Italian and are friendly.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the airport shuttle bus station. There are many choices of restaurants and bars nearby, and the ratings are also high. Although the breakfast is simple, there are sandwiches to fill your stomach and a variety of fruits.
