I stayed for a total of five nights in a twin room with two single beds. On Valentine's Day, the price was 1086 RMB, which was quite a premium, as other nights were in the hundreds, with the cheapest being just over 500 RMB. The room was 26 square meters, which is quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was large and convenient for washing. The foot massager was great for relieving foot pain and fatigue, and each room had one. The room was perfect for two people, just the right size. My child and I found the location very convenient, with both the Seagull Line and Rinkai Line available. It's a four-minute walk to the hotel, and you can quickly reach all the places you need to go by subway. Dining options nearby are also convenient, with many restaurants. The hotel's restaurant next to the elevator on the first floor offers good dinner options worth trying. There's a Lawson on the second floor where you can pick up a delicious breakfast. In the middle of our stay, we went to Enoshima and Hakone for a few days. We stored our luggage at the hotel for free for five days, so we only had to carry a simple backpack with a change of underwear. It felt very convenient. Changing clothes in winter is less frequent than in summer, and traveling by train was very easy. Most hotels have washing machines and dryers, which is also very convenient. No need to drag luggage around everywhere. The hotel storing our luggage was so helpful! Both check-in and check-out were self-service at machines, which was also quite convenient. There's also an airport shuttle bus; you need to book a spot in advance if you want to be dropped off at the airport. Taking the subway yourself is also convenient. There are many buses next to the International Exhibition Center subway station, which can also be used for transportation.

The transportation here is incredibly convenient! You've got everything you need right outside the door – food, drinks, entertainment, you name it! Seriously, if you can think of it, you'll find it here.
The convenience store downstairs is a bit small, but it still meets most guests' needs. And the ice cream? Absolutely worth getting one every single day!
This is a great hotel! They provide toiletries, pajamas, and even charging cables and curling irons, so you really don't need to bring anything when staying at a Sotetsu series hotel. Although this particular branch in Jimbocho is a bit of a walk from the station, the area is full of bookstores and restaurants, making for a fantastic atmosphere.

I had a great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Higashi Shinjuku. The location is excellent — very close to Shinjuku, yet comfortably away from the crowded and noisy red-light district. It’s quiet at night, which made resting after a long day of sightseeing much more enjoyable.
One of the biggest advantages is the metro station right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around Tokyo. Traveling to major attractions and other parts of the city was fast and hassle-free.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and a peaceful environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for easy transportation access without the chaos of central Shinjuku.
Absolutely loved this hotel! It's surrounded by several subway stations, making it super convenient. There are also many small local eateries nearby, mostly with Japanese-only menus, but the atmosphere and food are fantastic, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The front desk staff were very friendly. While the room was a bit small, it was clean and quiet. Plus, the breakfast selection has improved quite a bit since my last stay.
I've stayed here several times for the convenience. It's easy to get everywhere, and the price is good. However, if you're particular about infrastructure, this might not be for you. It's a 9-square-meter room; you step out of bed and you're at the door. You can either open your suitcase or the bathroom door, but not both at the same time.
Hotel was very clean, and adequate for our requirements - it's located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to stations, Akihabara, etc. Kanda has a few convenient restaurants and bars that open till late as well. A 7-11 is next door, for those snacks and what not. Overall, highly recommended!

This hotel was easy to find and super close to Ginza SIX. It was really convenient to drop off my shopping bags and then keep exploring. I had two large suitcases, and there was plenty of space by the door to organize my things. Plus, they offer free luggage storage after check-out, which is a huge plus. The front desk also has amenities like bath salts, hair wax, and shampoo available for guests to take. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

The lobby's self-service toiletries are comprehensive, and the vending machines offer coffee, drinks, and an ice maker – great for those who don't want to walk to a convenience store. The tap water is drinkable with no strange taste, but if you're particular and prefer not to drink from the tap, just grab a two-liter bottle from a nearby convenience store and pop it in the fridge. The room is a bit small; you can't fully open a suitcase next to the bed and will need to use the space near the bathroom entrance. However, this is typical for a chain hotel and met my expectations. This is a good option for solo travelers exploring Akihabara at night. While Akihabara can be noisy with cars, this location is relatively quiet.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The staff, especially the guy who helped us, was very enthusiastic and always had a great attitude. The room was perfectly fine for two people. There are also two convenience stores near the hotel, which were great for grabbing breakfast and late-night snacks!
