I recently stayed at the Hotel Gracery Ginza in Tokyo and had a delightful experience. I booked two rooms: a double and a triple. While the double room was indeed very small, this was the only drawback of an otherwise excellent stay. The rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a cosy lounge in the lobby where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and juice, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Best of all, the hotel provides ice, warm and cold water, and vending machines on every floor, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very well connected with many different train lines. All the train stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Situated right in the middle of Ginza, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of shopping options, from luxury brands to popular street brands and local favourites like Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. Don Don Donki, a popular store, is open until 4am, which is perfect for late-night shopping. Additionally, on weekends, the main road in Ginza is closed to vehicles, allowing pedestrians to enjoy a leisurely stroll. Overall, despite the small size of the double room, I highly recommend Hotel Gracery Ginza for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. It made our stay in Tokyo truly enjoyable.

Great location near the Ginza district, close to train station and shopping in the area. Service was great, very attentive staff. Room was ok typical Tokyo style rooms small and cramped up. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great, buffet style with a lot of choices.

Nice environment and quiet with beautiful Japanese Garden. Location is close to MRT stations that make very good connection to everywhere. Very friendly staffs and quick response to whatever we need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande in Tokyo, and it was an outstanding experience. This modern hotel is perfectly situated near the famous Tsukiji Outer Market and within walking distance to the upscale Ginza district. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was sleek and well-appointed, with a delightful rain showerhead. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Tokyo's culinary delights, with plenty of fresh sushi and seafood options nearby. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the subway makes it easy to access other parts of the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location.

Love the location, minutes away from ginza 6. Room is small but has everything you need. The room is also cleverly designed and measured to offer a separate living space / toilet area in 14m2. You can’t open 2 big luggage at once but that’s not really a problem for us. You able to cast your phone on their tv. I will stay again.

Loved that the airport limo bus is right next to the hotel and the rooms are spacious enough for luggage opening. We were even granted 30mins extra time after scheduled noon check out as the bus was at 1pm. We had necessity from lawson right on ground level. Lovely stay indeed! definitely will come back on my next japan trip! Thank you Mitsui!

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

I stayed in single occupancy room and my amenities were different from friend in double occupancy. They had Refa dryer but I had old Panasonic dryer. Their bottles of water were restocked daily but I had to ask for mine. Also the light in bathroom and the one above tv did not work during my four nights stay.  Upon asking for late checkup of 1pm, hotel charged me additional 1500 yen.
