The hotel location is convenient, close to the subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby, and a convenience store right downstairs. The room size is not small for a Japanese hotel, and although the facilities are slightly dated, the hotel staff's service attitude is excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This was my second stay here. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. The location is absolutely unbeatable. You step right out into Roppongi's most upscale district, surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants and even an Isetan Beauty Salon. This area, frequented by many fashionable and elegant people, truly hosts some of Tokyo's most luxurious hotels. With numerous art museums nearby, it's a fantastic place for shopping, dining, and enjoying exhibitions.

A contemporary hotel in excellent location in Ginza.
All staff was friendly and helpful and informative.
We paid more for the corner twin, no regrets. Loads of natural lights although the room was smaller than expected.
Breakfast choices was ok.

The hotel's location near both subway and train lines makes it incredibly convenient for getting to the airport or Atami. Plus, our room offered fantastic views of the Skytree. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a quiet stay even when the hotel is fully booked.
Great location- Ginza line is right outside the door and Tokyo station is under a 10min walk which is super handy for day trips and getting to/from the airport whether by train or bus. Room is compact but definitely not the smallest room we had in Japan! It also had everything we needed and the bathroom was pretty nice. My partner lived in the massage chair each night with a beverage from the 7 eleven conveniently located next door.

It does not allow early check in but the location is really convenient. It just took half an hour via monorail to reach the hotel from the airport. Considering that it means it is so convenient to arrive from haneda. The hotel is generally clean. The room assigned without a window is a flop as the bath room occupy the windows area. This is a solo traveller room so is alight. Additional Amenities are available downstairs. Check in and check out is pretty easy.

The hotel is incredibly conveniently located right by the subway station. The building itself is quite integrated, with levels 1-5 housing a convenience store, Starbucks, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, and a Uniqlo, while the hotel occupies floors 6 and above. We booked a twin room, and it was perfectly adequate; it didn't feel cramped at all.
Hotel is near to Kayabacho and Hatchobori station. Alternatively, you can get to Tokyo station from the bus stop in front of the hotel. If you have booked any day trip and the meet up venue is at Marunouchi station, taking a uber could be a better choice. Our ride cost is around JPY1100 which is not too bad. If you choose to walk back to the hotel from Tokyo station, it will take approx 10 minutes.
Room wise, acceptable. Small but considered to be ok for Japan hotels. Front desk service is kinda lukewarm but we did encounter some friendly staff during our stay. Overall this hotel could be one of the options should I return to Tokyo.

Super convenient location if you're travelling to Haneda airport after. Hotel itself was very decent, connected to public bath within the S building. Lots of food options nearby and the train station has great connectivity.

This was my second stay in this hotel while the first time I found the hotel to be good value for money ratio .I don’t know what happened with the hotel this time , but the service level dropped . We arrived around two o’clock ( 1 hour before official check in time ) and the clerk didn’t agree to let us in although we mentioned that we came from far away with two little kids with one of them sleeping in my wife’s hands . The clerk said the room is being cleaned ( which I doubt ) and said come back at 3 sharp . When we came back , it had a huge line ( of those people who came earlier I guess ) picture attached and we spend almost one hour waiting in a line . Hope that the personal can get a better training on empathy and have better service values . The location is good and the breakfast choice is limited in the buffet . Rooms are not big .

GGuest UserThe room was big enough to open my 30 inches baggage. For the service, I asked the front desk if they could hold my baggage at 8am. After I arrived in hotel about 9pm, they delivered my luggage and parcels in the room. This was exceptionally generous. Room cleanness was good. The view was amazing, I could see tokyo areas and tokyo tower. One drawback was distance between a station to the hotel, I had to walk 8-10 minutes. It is tiring when I visited multiple spots. Other than that, I would recommend someone who is looking for a reasonable price and a great view.
