The location is fantastic, surrounded by great food options. It's a five-minute walk to Ueno Ameyoko, and seven to eight minutes to the JR station and Keisei Ueno. Ueno Park is right across the street, and there's even a red-light district in the alley behind. The room was very clean, and the bunk beds could accommodate many people. The facilities are complete, but drinking water is not provided. Most services are self-service, aside from the front desk. There's a cafe downstairs for simple meals and drinks. The best part is definitely the location.
