The hotel is located 10 min walk from Shibuya stream and train station. The staff was amazing and the service was great! They offer lots of things for they’re guests! Beer for free from 15:00-18:00, and they also gave me 2 coupons for free drink between 18:00-21:00. Also, soft drinks are for free 24/7. For smokers there is a small rooftop on the 7th floor that you can chill there as well, play pool and drink something. Also they offer cleansing gel, face wash, razors etc for free.
The room was very cozy, not that small as most of the hotels in Tokyo, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and they offer several of options. I also had dinner (they serve until 22:00). I order ceasar salad that was incredibly tasty, and a burger that was so so. But in general the overall experience was wonderful! For sure ill be back!

Great stay! Amazing service and great location. It’s close enough to the bustling areas but also far enough so you can get a good nights sleep from the noise

in total was a good experience, from the lobby to the room, facilities and lobby
but in the last night there was non stop construction outside my window, I emailed the hotel , and they didn't even replied til this day , and the receptionist didn't care
