Corner twin bed room was of right size for couple. There were free coffee, snack in tomorrow, afternoon and late night. The hot water faucet was not working but the staff fixed it in no time after reporting the issue to them. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent between Tokyo station and GINZA station. Tons of restaurants and shops are nearby. Good stay overall.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kyobashi (approximately 3mins walking with no lift or escalator) and Takaracho station (approximately 5mins walking with a lift beside the 711). The hotel is also walking distance to Tokyo station (approximately 12mins). There's a Familymart just below the hotel. Free supper provided as well. Only downside is the room configuration is a little odd which makes it hard to pack if you have large luggage.

Room for single, space is good for a 28 inch luggage, comfortable, the wifi not always strong but okay, location is good as walking distance to Ginza, next 2 different metro line. ( 1 mins or 3 mins walk) nearby have a lot food option, safe for ladies to stay.

The only thing that I want to complain is their drain in bathtub. Huge amount of hair wasn't remove and blocked the drain. It's pretty gross when I found it out and realized I was stand in the water with other people's hair.

Very strategic location that is less than 2 mins on foot to the nearest Metro station and about 10 min walk to Tokyo Station.
Lots of amenities provided with free tea bags, bath salts etc at the reception. They also have free drinks and snacks throughout the day but we didn't enjoy these as we were out most of the day during our stay.
Check in and out process was quick, professional and efficient. All staff we encountered spoke fluent English.
Room size (standard double room) is very small but that's normal in Tokyo. Cleanliness overall was good but we found strands of hair on towels and also on bedsheets.
Also, there are only 2 lifts servicing 16 floors so suggest to put in a bit of buffer during peak hours.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and location.
