Cocoyo Hotel is a fantastic choice for families! I loved how modern, clean, and fun the atmosphere was. After our five days at Universal Studios in Osaka, my 12-year-old son and I felt right at home here.
Located just a four-minute walk from Otsuka Station of the Yamanote Line, the hotel is in a safe and cozy area, making it a perfect retreat. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly, with English and Mandarin speakers available to assist. Our spacious room was ideal for relaxing and organizing our belongings.
The full kitchen and dining area allowed us to enjoy meals in comfort, and the welcome bar with drinks like soda, juice, and water available until 10 PM was a delightful perk. Plus, the laundry facilities made it easy to freshen up our clothes after our long trip.
Overall, Cocoyo Hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a stylish and comfortable stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Living in there around 7 days. In day3 we returned to the room at night, **** like smells appear in the room and the customer service in there are not allow us to refund, our things in the room all smells like **** which is very horrible. We ask them to smell and they said it just have little bit smell, just Change the room for us . We asked to check out and change to another hotel, but they insisted that we could only change rooms.

good location with free drink and sufficient daily necessity . But the bed was having some hair and dust. Overall is fine for a 3-star JP hotel, will consider to stay again

Decent hotel that is located in a area I enjoy quite a lot. Near a famous onigiri store that I will return to try.

I had a great time stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and more spacious than I expected, especially compared to most hotels in Japan. It’s conveniently located, just a short walk from the station. Next time , I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very great location with a variety of restaurants available nearby. Yet the bathroom is slightly too small. Staff are friendly as well
