The location is a little far from the station and the downtown area, but there is a laundry shop about four minutes' walk away, and there are also several supermarkets and many restaurants nearby, so the location is pretty good.
The facilities inside are very clean and the space is large. I think the CP value is very high. Although other reviews have mentioned the noise of the train, it was not as loud as I imagined. If I were to come to Ikebukuro, Tokyo next time, I would choose this place again.

However, if you only look at the bed, the sleeping space itself is well-made, but the kitchen-like area only has a sink, and about two steps away, another guest is sleeping, so I couldn't even think about eating a late-night snack.
