Fantastic hotel in a great location right off the Ginza metro line. Great restaurant and the bar has an amazing view of the city lights in the evening and of mt Fuji in the day. The service from check in to departure was top notch. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly and super helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The night view of the lobby is beautiful. The Hong Kong girl at the front desk took us to the room closest to the inside. My friend said that the bathroom was smelly and made her feel uncomfortable. The next morning, when I opened the curtains, I found that there was a construction site in front of me. I stayed for three consecutive nights and was given a room with such a view. I was very unhappy!

I chose Mandarin Oriental on the first night. After returning from Mount Fuji, I stayed for another two nights. Overall, it was very good. From the car porch to the lobby check-in, the service was thoughtful and attentive. Every staff member I met was very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.
The Skytree is very beautiful. I want to sleep by the window with this night view. The night view is unbeatable
