Location is good with Family Mart, Blue bottle just a stone throw away! Check in and Out is as easy as ABC! Highly recommend for Shibuya/ Harajuka area

What a disappointment.
This hotel is perfectly located, but that’s where it ends
Our room was not serviced, in the 3 days we were there.
The walls were filthy, amenities were not worth the effort.
Not worth the money we paid. Will never see me again.

the room is very small but the location is very strategic to everywhere and in front there is a family mart. the hotel amneties is very good as we take it like
tea, shaver
and cotton.

Indian housekeeper didn’t clean room or give new towels or empty trash, even though I’m booked for 2 nights. Worst of all, the hotel staff even entered into my room without my permission, at 10am, when I had DO NOT DISTURB sign on!!! 🤬
The attached photos are what my room looked like when I came back in the evening, expecting to be cleaned and tidied up.

It’s not very closed to the metro station to be honest. But walking distance to Shibuya sky
Room is quite small compared with other hotel.
