Sotetsu Fresa Tokyo Lovely small hotel which offers good accommodations and two different types of breakfast — Japanese and European, fruits every morning. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were always polite.

As for me it’s not good location if you are going to shopping and going to bars because you will need to return here before 24:00 (last train before 24:00). But the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Also I didn’t like that even razor you need to take at lobby. But also there is a lot of useful things like treatment for face and hair, bath powder etc. Japanese breakfast is tasty, very good fish, costs 1100 ien.

The good: Staff were friendly and helpful, amenities provided were plentiful including facial masks. The not so good: the hotel property and room was clearly showing its age (and this wasn’t that clear from the official photos and current reviews), and breakfast can be skipped. Overall, this was a decent hotel and stay, but I will probably not return as there are better options around.

Very small room and the corridors are outdoors - so if you’re going in winter like we did - it’s freezing once you open your door.

Great option to get a good place to rest for your trip to Tokyo. it is fairly cheap, nicely located business hotel. Rooms are pretty small, but it is just enough

The hotel is located very close to two subway stations. Hamamachi Station is a little far away, but a green space that passes by is full of cherry blossoms, which is really beautiful. You can sit in Hamamachi Park and watch the petals of cherry blossoms fall... It was as if time stood still.
The rooms are small, but reasonably designed and have almost everything you could want. The hotel staff are very polite and always helpful. Check-in and check-out are very fast. It is a pleasant experience and highly recommended .
