Excellent service! Receptionist Zhang Li Qiu waited for us, we reached almost midnight. Immediately walked us to nearby convenience store, even warmed t store’s meal for us as we were hungry. Staff Du Zi Yang also very polite. Clean. Spacious by Jap standard. Separate bathroom n toilet. Very convenient, convenience store and minimart stone’s throw away. Short walking distance to eateries, restaurants, shopping malls eg Sunshine city. Hotel very near Ikebukuro station easily accessible to other main districts / tourist attractions eg Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku.

Die Bewertungen bisher täuschen hier! Es ist ein absolut traumhaftes Hotel! Wunderschöne Zimmer! Die Zimmer wurden komplett neu renoviert, sind sehr sauber und sehen exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, sprach sehr gut Englisch und hat uns sofort weiter geholfen als wir versehentlich etwas Kaffee auf dem Bettbezug verschütteten. Er gab uns ein Zimmerupgrade und trug uns sogar die Koffer nach oben. Ein großes Lob an diesen jungen Mann! Es hat uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir das Ende unserers Urlaubs gleich nochmal gebucht haben :)
