It’s a small cosy hotel and bathroom. Doesn’t really have storage area for luggage and clothes. And not so ideal when you have many baggage.

Clean rooms but very small, not enough space to open a luggage (although standard in tokyo this room felt smaller). Cannot really argue as the price is cheaper.
However, my main gripe are the very thin walls, was able to hear my neighbour snoring through the night. Earplugs did not help either.

When using the Skyline at Narita Airport, it is very convenient as it is 2-3 minutes from the station. Check-in and check-out are mostly self-service, and the staff provides a simple explanation. Breakfast includes egg rolls, salad, ham, sausage, rice, curry, bread, juice, and coffee. The place is small, so there is some inconvenience of having to wait. I stayed in a double room, but the room was a bit small. I could barely fit one large suitcase. I was assigned to a room with a very good view, and it was very nice to see the lakeside park.

Among the APA hotels in Ueno, this was the best APA hotel with a good location and a good park view.
If you are choosing a hotel in Ueno, I recommend it.
The facilities are clean and the size seems a little better than a business hotel.
For those traveling alone or looking for value for money, the accommodation fee may be a burden.
There was plenty of shampoo, body wash, treatment, hand wash, hair dryer, and bath towels. There were also plenty of regular towels.
The bed was comfortable, and I was satisfied with the park view from the room,
and I had a good rest.
I recommend it.

Take the Skyliner from Narita to Tokyo, and it's a good value hotel within 3 minutes on foot.
Higher floors offer a view of Ueno Park, so try using them.

Apa Hotel is a reliable choice. I don't have high expectations and I've never been disappointed. The location is close to Ueno Station, so it's convenient to go anywhere.

I was satisfied with the hotel. It was awkward and inconvenient to have to check in and leave your luggage yourself, but the staff helped me out. The room was very small for the price, and the breakfast was basic. I recommend it to travelers who don't have high expectations and focus on moving around.

I knew it was close to Ueno Station, but it was even closer than I thought!
The location was great because Ueno Station, Ueno Park Square and Zoo, Yameya Yokocho Market, Don Quijote, etc. were very close, and as soon as you leave the accommodation, there were convenience stores and various restaurants right nearby.
It was also great to ride the Skyliner to Narita Airport in just an hour on the last day of the accommodation. As is the case with Japanese accommodations, it can't be helped that it's a bit cramped, but it was fine for staying alone! I highly recommend it for solo or couples.
