The hotel staff were also very nice and the facilities were good. I was not good at Japanese so when I stuttered, they responded in Korean right away so I had a comfortable stay.

I booked last minute and this was really only affordable option i could find near Tokyo central station. The reviews worried me but on arrival pleasantly surprised very clean friendly hotel. Room was a double and enough for one person but small although perfectly formed. I slept with my suitcase on the other side of the bed as only place to put it. However room on 10th floor comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was simple and Japanese not the best for me but managed something each day. Its 10 minutes from Tokyo station walking on very clean pleasant business streets. Its closer to Kyobashi station maybe 2 minutes which on the Ginza line direct to Shibuya and Akihabara. Hotel good for me on my own travelling to sight see. Rooms are little older so no USB sockets for example and no room safe although not sure if you need one in Japan. But for the money i thought it was perfectly acceptable.

The worst hotel experience in Japan. Dirty wall paper with mold and dusty corner. The air conditioner was also surrounded with dust and mold. The temperature of the air conditioner was adjusted automatically where we couldn’t adjust the warm or cool air for your own use. The air from the air conditioner was with bad smell. I woke up with irritating nose and throat. Towels were clean but broken. The only good thing was with amenities you need in the room. Won’t stay here again. Stayed in other APA hotels before but were never like this one

Employees at the reception are not nice. That morning they were 3 ladies at the front desk and there was absolutely no other client around so they had plenty of time. I asked them for a favor when I really needed the most but they simply refused, even as I begged them for help. Instead of that they talked Japanese between them and started to laugh about the situation. I was shocked and offended, treating people so disrespectful, just unacceptable !!! This was the definitely worst experience I had during my whole trip in Japan.

Cute hotel in great location. Walking distance to Tokyo Station and buses. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. A bit cramped for two adults. The total area is about 8x15 with a corner for a small bathroom. The bed is set up against the wall and is a bit challenging for the person on the wall side to get off the bed without crawling over the other person. We didn’t need anything but there are nice amenities like toiletries, robes and slippers if you do need them. No housekeeping unless you ask for it. We were there for only two nights so didn’t really need it. The bed had a nice duvet that can simply be fluffed over the top of the bed for a quick fix. The breakfast is good and worth paying a little extra for. Otherwise there’s a 7Eleven or Famiy Mart close by where you can grab a quick bite to go. A hot water pot is in the room with instant coffee. You can use a microwave and laundry facility on the premises. It’s OK for a short stay but if you are taking kids or staying longer you may want to spend a bit more for a hotel with larger rooms or get one outside the downtown core.

HORRIBLE. COCKROACHES. DIRTY. SMALL ROOMS. Maybe it's close to the subway, but only near the subway. Everything else is far away. We were in Japan for 18 days. This was the worst hotel of my life. I don't recommend it. The bed was dirty and stained.
