We, a group of three, booked a room for four (four single beds). We arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the hotel on the check-in day and checked in at 9pm. The check-in process was smooth and we were able to communicate in English. There was a Chinese version of the check-in information available for your reference. Please note that you will be informed of the room cleaning schedule upon check-in. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was cleaned on the 3rd day. On the other days, only the trash can was emptied and the bathroom was tidied. It is best to keep the room clean. The space is spacious and you can unpack 3 pieces of luggage at the same time. One reason why I deduct some points is that the location is a little far from the station, 15 minutes away, so you need to prepare some time for dragging the luggage on the return trip. This hotel is very suitable for families of more than 3 people and I will stay there again if I have the chance.

When I booked, I booked the largest family Pokemon room, but the actual room was smaller than expected. The hygiene is just average. The clothes dryer downstairs was used four times and the clothes were not dry. It is much worse than in Hong Kong! In short, it is not worth the money! The menu posted on the refrigerator, I thought it was for ordering, but I didn’t know it was just a recipe for your reference! 🫣

It was entirely because of the Pokémon theme that we stayed here, but actually we just put up wallpaper and changed themed bed sheets. The bathroom is very small and has a plastic door The hanging air conditioner is still the type that blows towards the head. It makes a lot of noise. No service, completely self-service Won't come again. It's all about the kids.
