The good thing of this hotel: 7 minutes to Haneda International Airport Terminal 3 by train + 5 minutes walk. And they have a shuttle bus service running from very early morning hourly. The room I booked is not the largest, but with enough space to open wide a large suitcase, and has a desk. Wi-Fi is free with good bandwidth. The cafeteria serves breakfast from early hours. Unit bathroom with bath and shower.

Mystays Haneda Tokyo
Stayed here just for 1 night before the flight. Good location if you need a room near the Haneda airport, right behind the hotel there is a beautiful shrine with a row of Torii. The room was relatively big, but the walls were dirty and there were some wires near the bed. Not sound proof at all — we could hear people coming and leaving all night long.

Very nice ,I am arrived it around 12am,and I am very luckily can get on the last shuttles bus .And it is a great place for taking a short break,and very convenient to the train.Easy for me to go the centre of Tokyo!

Able to catch the shuttle from T1 to hotel though international flights are from T3. Room was basic, clean, acceptable. Service was good, check in relatively fast.

Good hotel for transit to other airports in Japan. Just 10 mins away by taxi from Haneda Airport. Taxi fare was about 1100yen to 3000yen for one way. Room is spacious for 4 beds and the travel cafe opens till 9:30pm. Please do online pre check in to get the assigned room In advance to save time.
If you want to hire a car, the rent-a-car is just next store. There are a few cheap restaurants like Ramen and beef rice at late night and a supermarket is open till 10pm nearby where you can buy cheap food as well. Yet the food tastes great regardless the price.

Second time at this hotel, fantastic location if you need to be near Haneda Airport. I had a very late arrival with all trains shut down, took the 5 minute taxi ride from airport to hotel which cost Yen 1,500.
Rooms are larger than a standard business hotel, gym is small but a very nice touch as most hotels in Japan do not have gyms.
Breakfast is standard but good.

It was a good choice to stay if you need to be close to the Haneda airport. The best thing they have free shuttle to the airport (as early as 4am), so that's a great bonus (first come first served), the shuttle seats around 10ppl. 2 station from the airport line.
The room was actually a nice decent size for a hotel, a seperate eating ,table area with kitchenette .
No noise from the planes at all.
It was just an overnight stay , so no complains , good choice for the price.

just stayed for one night because of the late flight, but already felt good about this hotel, staffs are nice and helpful, the room was clean tidy and spacious, basic amenities you can grab from the lobby, good location near metro station, less than 10mins by taxi from the airport.
