Shibuya Stream Hotel is in an excellent location. JR and metro can be accessed directly and the airport limousine bus stop is close by. The staff are very helpful. My luggage were delivered to my room while I was returning my rental car. Cannot fault their service. The hotel has a robot for delivery.

Amazing hotel and location. Rooms are modern and spacious for Japan. For first timers in Japan it was so helpful to stay here as it's connected to the train station and with plenty of restaurants on other levels as well. Definitely a great location. All you needed to do was get in the lift and you would be surrounded by restaurants/bars, at the train station, a 7 eleven or the scramble. Staff were always helpful and attentive. Quick walk to major attractions also which was great. Room serviced daily and the bed was comfy. Super clean and safe. I would highly recommend.

excellent location, linked to the busiest part of Shibuya, plenty of restaurants within meters and eateries, plenty of shopping within 50m, chic design, environmental friendly, best of all the staff are of many ethnicity, the japanese staff can speak very well english as well. dont forget the free beer at the bar!

Best choice for those who not planning to stay a lot in the hotel and want an easy to access location

The hotel staff was friendly, but the amenities weren’t enough. Overall cleanness is also good but the bed was a bit too soft for me. The hotel breakfast was good, not a lot of varieties but the foods were decent and tasty.

Very convenient location right on top of Shibuya JR and metro stations and close to many restaurants
Friendly and helpful staff
Overall, good vibes and energy of the place
Spacious room with a good layout
Extra bonus - free drinks every afternoon & free amenities like pain patches and facial masks near the Reception
Check in and check out process was super efficient
