That's great!
We (4 adults) stayed for 5 days.
1. Excellent location.
There are several subway lines within walking distance, from which you can get to all popular places in Tokyo. There are also small grocery stores, a barbershop and a great Mexican restaurant nearby.
2. The apartments are very comfortable, functional, spacious and with a cool design. Our room occupied an entire floor. There is a separate sleeping area with a bed, which is completely covered with screens (for 2 people). A separate area, which is also covered by a screen with 3 tatami mats. And a sofa that perfectly accommodates 1 adult. A large table. Excellent kitchen with all necessary accessories and a high-quality washing machine. There are cupboards where we were able to pack all our 4 large and 1 small suitcase.
PS To take the elevator to the desired floor, you need to attach the key to the reader. It took us a long time to figure out why the elevator wasn't going))))

Excellent stay and exceptionally large for Tokyo standards for a family of 4. Room can be devided wich is great feature. Casual walking distance to Akihabara plenty of daily's and restaurants near by. The self service mentality of the facility is high, however as you have a entire floor for yourself this just adds to the having an apartment in Tokyo experience. Price/quality is excellent.

The room is relatively large for Tokyo. We can fit 5 people comfortably. The only drawback is there is no rice cooker and oven to toast bread.

Location is 10mins from Akiharaba station, 5mins from Iwamotocho station which is quite alright for us as everywhere is accessible
Do remember to request for more towels/ toiletries as I couldn’t get hold of the staff after the 1st night no matter from email/message the hotel for the past 4days stay even though there state I can contact them from 9am-9pm
Overall the rooms is quite alright for families to stay
