The hotel located more far than expected from Shinjuku station. Although there is underground pathway but it takes around 20 min walk.

Good location with a nice udon nearby. One of the biggest room we stayed in Japan thus far. Clean and spacious!

I think this is a strategic hotel for first timers. The bus from Haneda airport drops passengers off to this hotel, no walking, trains or taxis required. To Shinjuku Station is roughly 7 minutes on foot. There is 1 Family Mart in front of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel & other nearby Konbinis. Room is small but bigger than APA, got 2 rooms for the family as the had no rooms to accommodate 4 pax. The receptionist was really helpful, provided umbrellas for us to use as it was raining. Rooms are clean, amenities available at the lobby. Love this place & really miss Japan. Planning another trip for 2025 & this will be on our list.

I liked the place and accommodations for the price but the bathroom exhaust and toilet lid warmer weren’t working well. Would have been a better experience if it did.

Nice spacious hotel room compared to many of the others we have stayed in in Tokyo. There was a piece of gum stuck to the wall beside my bed. But otherwise, cleanliness was very good. They were very diligent at cleaning and ensuring we had clean towels daily. Huge plus were the free water bottles they provided to us daily.
The location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to Shinjuku station, about 12 minutes. Lots of restaurants just a short 5-7 minute walk away. The Annex is also right beside the main building. The main building has many restaurants as well as convenient stores. Vefy convenient for those quick pick ups/snacks.

Too far from train station need to walk 14mins if you bring kid. But convenient, there is Lawson and family mart also got few restaurants. There has a fishing restaurant my family love it.
