The hotel location is very convenient and there are many good restaurants nearby. We suffered from serious flight delay when arriving but the hotel reception was very helpful and replied us by email that we could check-in even after midnight. They provided ucc drip coffee and other amenities like tooth brushes, bath towel, cotton sticks, etc. and there are 7-11, family mart, Lawson, etc nearby. It’s in a walking distance to Japan Bridge so we can walk to the department stores there. Overall speaking, it’s a very convenient and tidy hotel with helpful and polite staff, all speaking fluent English.

Impressive and comfortable for a 3 star hotel. Good location near the mrt. If have luggage, do go by exit A6 as there is elevator. Just walk a little more only.

The room is clean and neat. Although slightly smaller in space but just nice for two of us. understandable because of the location. It located near to the town, near to hibiya line and convenient to travel to famous place like ginza, shibuya, etc. Checkin and out is easy. It will be great if there is plain water dispenser in the lobby (tap water is drinkable and kettle is provided to boil it.) There is public washing machine (i remember is a coin washing machine) that you can wash your clothes and you can also monitor the washing machine status from the TV in your room which is quite convenient as well.

Repeated stays as excellent location just few steps from metro line connecting to both Haneda and Narita Airports, and station itself with lift so not a problem with big / heavy luggages. Super well equipped even with pyjamas so need not to pack any amenities

Stayed in a 3 bedder room which was generous in size for a Japanese hotel. Had all the basic amenities needed including pyjamas. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo although a short walk away you had access to the metro lines and lots of restaurants. Not our first time staying and will be back.

3-5 min walk to nearest metro station. Efficient check in with no hassle. Room size is good enough for 2 adults when compared with other boutique hotels in downtown Tokyo. Good selection of restaurants around and there is a mini Aeon store a few blocks away so there is no problem finding eatery nearby.
