Amazing choice if you want to stay in Ginza Highly recommend to stay here, location is great it's just 200m from a nearest subway station, and if you come from Haneda airport it's so convenient to take subway, it's straight way with no transfer! The room itself was really nice and clean, all the toiletries you can get at the reception floor including some tea and coffee We also enjoyed the view from the window 👌 It is also super close to popular restaurants, such as Happy Pancake

This hotel is fantastic. My teenager son and I stayed at Standard Twin Room for 7 nights. Wonderful comfortable stay with good housekeeping staff who changed our bedsheets daily. We also love the helpful and polite front desk staff. They were very accommodative to our request to top up a some difference to stay in same room as we had multiple bookings as the same room type wasn't available at point of booking. Big plus point for having a smart pack machine which we used to compress our clothings and soft toys for 100yen per pack. Its the best thing for a hotel to have! Location was good. Short & easy walk to 3 train stations. Surrounded by popular restaurants and coffee places. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we return to Tokyo in ffuture. Con: room doesnt come with bottle water but u can request or get beverages from the beverage counter next to front desk on L2. Combini has alot of beverages to choose from so we weren't too concerned about it. Compact bathroom but it serve its purpose

My second time staying here in tokyo.. I like the location and having the self laundry service facility. Service is good, decent and many thanks to Hosoya san at front desk for being patient and helpful to my queries. Also reaching out to the lady housekeeper who came knocking on my door while I requested for additional duvet to lay atop the hard spring mattress which bothered my sleep for this first 2 nights.

Avoid This Hotel – Zero Refund Even for an Unused Stay This is the worst hotel when it comes to customer service and flexibility. Due to a severe snowstorm, my flight was canceled, making it impossible for me to check in. I had booked two nights, but despite never staying even one single night, the hotel refused to refund even a single cent, hiding behind their rigid policies. A customer-friendly hotel would offer at least a partial refund or an alternative solution in cases of unavoidable natural disasters. However, this hotel showed absolutely no flexibility, no empathy, and no willingness to accommodate its guests under exceptional circumstances. A snowstorm is beyond anyone’s control, yet this hotel prioritizes money over customer satisfaction. If you ever face an unexpected situation, don’t expect any support from them. Booked for two nights, stayed zero nights, received zero refund. This is not hospitality – this is pure greed. Good location in the middle of Ginza. Provided lots of complimentary amenities as well as welcome snacks. Staff were courteous and efficient.

Experience is not bad though room allocated was not so much as I had wanted. If can select room location will be better. Room is bit small.
