Great location with a metro 3 minutes away. No card and key, just a code to open the door, convenient and fast check in and check out. Small room but with everything there, kettle, fridge, microwave. Bathroom could be small for tall people.

The hotel room is small and perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean and felt safe. About 20 minutes walking distance from downtown Ginza. Much cheaper than hotels in downtown Ginza, but of a lesser standard. But ideal if you just need somewhere to sleep at night.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is a good value, basic Japanese hotel. Nothing unexpected. Room is small but if it was bigger then the room would cost more. Nothing more to say.

So I don’t know what these negative reviews are all about however when my partner and I arrived at the reception they were quick as well as very kind and they even held our luggage as we wanted to wonder around in the city before our check in time. The room wasn’t too small as we expected from the price we were paying in Ginza and it was heavily packed full of amenities which was perfect and greatly appreciated.
We’ll definitely come back, thank you!!!
(my boyfriend also really liked the fact that the TV was opposite of the bed so he could watch it as he was lying down)

No air conditioning, it’s broken. The room was boiling hot. Could not sleep. No water no coffee no tea in the room. Receptionist was rood. Never again

This hotel is located conveniently (a few hundred metres from Tsukuji Station) and provides just sufficient (but not plenty of) amenities. Not particularly cheap when compared to those hotels in Ginza.

Location is very convenient to food, 24h convenient stores, train stations. Front desk service is not 24h. Laundry service is not available on-site. Room is extremely small, so is the bathroom/toilet. So if you have a cargo size luggage bag, you will not have space to open it 180 degrees.
