a bit confused and disappointed at the breakfast, no buffet . Gym is not big but extremely well equipped . Great location . Fantastic hotel .

Hygiene: Cleaning is done twice a day. I really give it a full score. Clothes are folded and cosmetics, shoes, etc. are also provided. Small toys are left for the baby 🧸
Service: Responsive. Tokyo's winter is very dry. I asked for a humidifier. The sofa bed is made for the aunt every night and put away during the day. This room type is really suitable for family travel. It is a suite with two bathrooms and two beds (one is a sofa bed). It is very suitable for family travel
Environment: The overall environment is not bad, but there is no kids club, hahahaha, but the children are very happy overall
