Worse than a hostel. Room seemed freshly cleaned but still dirty and had weird banana odour, and in common areas there was just random stuff lying everywhere. The room itself was tiny, just a bed and some space to put luggage. I couldn't stand up without banging my head on the lamp. There was also a desk with a tiny TV on it, but in a room this size I would prefer to have some more space instead. The shower is okay I think, except it was 2 floors downstairs. Also, power was out multiple times.
