First time visit Tokyo and I like this hotel! Gonna book again for my next visit!
Near to Komagome station JR Yamanote Line! Not only it is conveniece, but the hotel has good facilities too! Really convenience for those who have big luggage to carry around. Nearby has 3 convenience stores. Breakfast is tasty as well. Highly Recommended!

Everything about our stay was amazing except for the pillow. Pillows were too thin. Laundry machines are available on 3rd and 8th floor, you can track the availability from TV in your room which is very helpful. Microwave is on 4th floor. Location is perfect, JR and Metro entrance are right below the building.

The location is spacious, walk out from hotel is metro and JR line entrance. Nearby have many restaurants. The room is very clean, with air purifier and humidifier. I will come back again.

The room was small but in a city like Tokyo it was expected. Clean room. The location was super convenient as Komagome is on the JR Yamanote Line and also on Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. Both stations are within steps of the hotel. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores around. It was a very quiet neighborhood so it may not be ideal for some people but for me and my kid it was perfect.

Very nice location. Few walks to Komagome JR East Station. They serve Denny's breakfasts. Also, Reception is very welcoming and entertaining.

What a cute view from the hotel, Komagome are very convenient, their have a lot of local supermarkets and near by train just a 10 foot-step. Really love this.

Adjacent to Komagome station, which is served by the Yamanote and Namboki lines. Very well connected, enabling you to get to key hotspots (e.g. Shibuya, Shinjuku etc.) in the city in ＜30 mins. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and gives an insight into life for the average Tokyoite. Also home to Rikugien Gardens, one of the finest Edo period rolling gardens in the city. Several convenient places nearby (e.g. Lawson, 7/11, McDonalds, KFC, several pharmacies etc.)
Lobby is small but functional and never crowded / busy. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Well-stocked amenity station in the lobby containing lots of useful items (e.g. razor, bath salts, toothbrushes, skincare etc.)
Room is compact but spotless and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, pillows, desk, TV, well-equipped bathroom. A safe would have been a nice inclusion.
Included breakfast is functionally a voucher to a Denny’s restaurant that is situated on floor 2. The breakfast is simple but prepared quickly and there are a few basic options available (various forms of eggs, sausage, bacon) and a drink buffet is included (tea, hot coffee, iced coffee, juices etc.)
Overall this is a great hotel in all regards and well priced. I’d recommend without reservation.
