Our stay for 6 nights was perfect for a family of 4, room is big and have kitchen, washing machine and picture on the website are the same.
There is supermarket, convenient store (7-11) near the hotel and 5 min walk to subway station.
But, there were minor thing have to improve, hidden place (between sofa and bed) not clean well, left over food in fridge not clear on the day we checked in.
We have complaint to management and to compensate they provide late checkout for us.
Overall the apartment is good for stay if you look for long stay in Tokyo with full equipment.

We stayed for two days with family. It was nice to have a big room. However, there were two not good things. Unfortunately, when I moved the bed little, the bottom of the bed was dirty. And the other thing was that someone unlocked the door and came in at night. It was a very scary experience. Maybe double booking!? Oh my..

Nice location, good amenities and food options around the area. Close to Iriya station exit 3. One stop from Ueno and easy access to places on my itinerary.

i really really really love this apartment. Although the train service in this area is complicated and require you to change trains if you need to go to Shibuya , the room is so awesome it amazing. There's a washer and even an area to hang up your wet clothes to dry. The mini kitchen is amazing can cook food, can keep things in the huge fridge , all the utensils is clean .bed is spacious. Room is spacious.

Dust in Vacuum cleaner was not cleaned,
Floor was not cleaned well,
Dishes also.
Not all the time, receptionist is at the counter.
Room is very big considering the location.

Advantages
1. One stop to Ueno Station, and about a five-minute walk to Iriya Station.
2. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine and a dryer, making it suitable for travelers staying for multiple days.
3. It is about a three-minute walk from the supermarket, so you can have a midnight snack or breakfast at once.
Disadvantages
1. The bathroom has a strong pipe odor
2. Dust accumulates in the air-conditioning outlet and air purifier, which is very sensitive to children with allergies.
3. I don’t dare to use the kettle because of scale
