It take a short time from haneda airport by train and I love this hotel. They provide things more than expected and nice staff

Clean and cozy, the room is a little small but you've got everything you would need in the hotel. There's a microwave on level 5 & 10, washing machines and dryers on level 1, the toilet has a bathtub and the staff are super friendly!

Had a great stay here, as always! I made two separate bookings with different room types consecutively. The staff was well aware of that and kindly managed to arrange check in/out smoothly so that I could move to new room right away without any wait. Excellent service!

Satisfied with the hotel during last 2 visits but not this time. Found stain on the blanket, informed the staff and they did not change it.
