DOS: 11-13 March Pros: -Big rooms -allowed to leave luggage before and after stay -bed was comfortable to sleep with, they also have memory foam pillows. -more like business hotel. -clean -combini across the street. -discount tickets to nearby aquarium. Cons: -poor hotel service. Front desk staff not very friendly -laundry service from room info doesn't match what they offer. We were told that it would take 3 days to complete. -limited timing on drop off and pick up. Only on mornings or late evenings -email address provided by the hotel keeps bouncing back when reached out to. Hence, cannot contact them before my stay. -no complimentary water in your room. -quite a walk to the nearest metro. Not really 6 mins as stated Verdict: -Will not stay here again.

my room smell mold but I called to customer service and they changed to another room. The requesting was fast. So I thankfully to the person who help us.

Great location, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the metro station. Navigating the Tokyo Metro is super easy, and I used Google Maps, which provides step-by-step directions. It’s an efficient and affordable way to get around Tokyo—much faster and cheaper than a taxi. Don’t be afraid to use the subway; you won’t get lost, and you can always ask for help. Almost everyone speaks English. The hotel is nice and clean, with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Everyone speaks English. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking—you won’t be disappointed. One minor downside of this hotel is the airport shuttle. The intervals between pickups from Haneda Airport are over an hour, so I opted for Uber, which cost me about 4300 yen—cheaper than an airport taxi and more comfortable. MYSTAYS also provides an airport drop-off service, but only until 11:50 AM. Other than that, everything was great. Whenever I travel to China via Tokyo, I stay at MYSTAYS. Both MYSTAYS Narita and MYSTAYS Omori are excellent hotels. Attention MYSTAYS staff: Please consider adding a couple of complimentary water bottles to the rooms.

It was very comfortable. I especially liked the pajamas. They made me feel very pampered.

Great location and place to stay for a family of five. While the place was very good, please note that you should not expect much of special amenities. It is very good for a stay but I would not call it special.

Booked 2 rooms, 3 & 2 pax configuration, upon arrival was told no extra bed available n given 2 queen beds.. 3 big adults hav to squeeze on a queen size bed!!! My son who is 188cm tall ended up staying up entire nite at the hotel lobby. We only managed to book another room cos the hotel was full (ended up paying for a3rd room) 4 nites into our stay for an additional 2 more nites there.
