Poor service at reception wanted to check in earlier they did not then I asked if I can stay in the lobby they did not as I arrive in the hotel 6am after been awake all night. I said I needed rest but they did not care..

Check in experience needs improvement. (Don't assume everyone has stayed in a capsule hotel before).
Location is great.
Onsen (men only) was a nice amenity.
You need to check out daily between 10am and 2pm which could be inconvenient for some.
Overall, it is ok value for money given the location and proximity to Shinjuku station.

Location is the best when compare with the price it is very good even though it is a capsule hotel but rest room and other service is so good i will go back again♡♡!!!

I stayed here for about five days and thought it was good. The atmosphere wa clean and nice, and I made some new friends. There are also bars (Golden Gai) just 70 meters away. For men, there is also a jacuzzi and sauna, which were great. On my first night in Tokyo, I rented a tiny room for double the price—I think I got way more for my money by staying here.
The only downside was that you have to check out at 10 and check in again at 14. However, that's not a big deal for me since I wake up early, go to the sauna, explore the city, and come back home at night. It was a bit of a drag, though, when out drinking until 2 AM. :)

The hostel offers sauna and spa but I've not experienced them. However, the capsule was clean and the location was great by offering a lot of restaurants, bars and lively district. The price was significantly important considering that everything was much more expensive around.

Luggage storage and lockers are small with narrow space and located in different floor. It's not a convenient accomodation if we need private space.
