My trip was on holiday season and last minute booking, so this hotel suit our budget. The room is small, but we make do with what we have, and most of the time we are outside exploring the city. Most important thing we get to have the room with private toilet all to ourselve. Basic amenities such as microwave are provided.
It is located around 200meters to Sendogi Subway Station. However, we need to change station at Yushima to get to main station such as Ueno. So that is a minus point.

Hotel not so far from JR but recommended if you travel mostly by Metro. And You need to walk down the stairs to enter or go out from the hotel so big/heavy luggage is not recommended but young man staff really nice he can help you carry them out if you ask for help!
