Everything was as expected from the low price and booking on short notice. The double room is small as is the bed as well, but we appreciated having a microwave on the room. The location is good, with around a 15 min walk to Asakusa and Ueno and access to the metro. There isn't much around at night but a convenience store, so the area is quite peaceful. (Sorry I forgot to take more pictures!)

Close to Inaricho metro station, giving good access to city. Equidistant from Ueno Park and Asakusa by foot, giving a short walk to each. The immediate location is very quiet with a nearby convenience store and some food options nearby. Good for people looking to explore but be away from the bustle of the crowds.
Rooms are servicable, a bit small and old. Good for those traveling on budget. Washing machines are available thought they don't clean your stinker clothes too well and you may need to use the dryer multiple times to successfully dry the clothes to even a mildly damp level. Some amenities available in lobby. Heating elements in room may not be strong enough for some people in the winter.
Fine hotel. Recommended for budget travelers looking to save and have a quiet stay in Tokyo.

Everything was good, but it’s a bit old, but who are Mystay hotels i stayed before.  the location was good five minutes walk from Inaricho. And a 20 minute walk from Asakusa.  Make sure you arrive before 10 pm.  the hotel gate was locked with the passcode.

The room has everything you could need, air conditioning/heating, tv, microwave, boiler, fridge, full bathroom... The only thing it needs is a soundproof window. The sliding window doors are single glass and you can hear everything from the street.

poor service,no free water old style furniture and the receptionist are not nice and always closed even when our check in time not recommended!
