It's about a 5-minute walk from Korakuen subway station. There are Marunouchi Line, Nanboku Line, and Mita Line nearby, so the transportation is very convenient.
The rooms near the road are very noisy, so try to choose a room near the inside.
The location of the plug is unreasonable, and the internal facilities are average. But the price is here, so bear with it...
The hotel waiters are all black, and there is a guy who keeps blinking and his service attitude is quite good.

It was about a 7-8 minute walk from Korakuen Station.
Accommodation in Tokyo is really expensive, but I'm grateful that I was able to stay at Livemax for a cheap price.
I usually stay at other hotels, but when they're all too expensive and there are no vacancies, I stay at Livemax if there is one ^ ^

The outside air blew into the room and it was cold. The door was thin and I could hear voices in the hallway. The bed and room were dusty and didn't feel clean.
Compared to other Livemax hotels, the quality was quite low, and I checked out an hour and a half after checking in.

This was the cheapest hotel close to the city center. The building itself was old, the futon had light stains, and the area around the outlet was cluttered and dusty, so it felt unclean. The amenities were plentiful, and even though I was alone, there were towels for two people, which was appreciated. It would have been even better if they had provided paper slippers. It's a 12-minute walk from Korakuen, and it's up a slope, so it's quite far, but it has good access to the city center and was more convenient than the price would suggest.
