This hotel has been my go-to for the past 5 years. Every time I come to Tokyo, I'll definitely stay here. It's about 5 minutes walk to Nishikasai Station, about 20 minutes to Tokyo Station and the service is excellent. It's not very expensive and I love that the rooms are always cosy and clean. Definitely a great place to stay!

The location is very near Nishikasai Station, and there are plenty of food shops around the area. However, the downside is that it’s quite far from Central Tokyo but quite near Disneyland.
The amenities are just fair, but I was disappointed with one staff member. I asked for help with the washing machine, but he was quite rude. I understand that he may not be fluent in English, but based on his attitude and gestures, he should not have treated me rudely. Staff should always be ready to assist guests.
Additionally, the smell of cigarettes in our room was very strong. 😢
Overall, our stay was a mixed experience—50/50.

The hotel is good (it’s old but clean and their staff are friendly). Unfortunately the parking lot is limited.

the location is a bit further away from most places of interest, about 30mins ride to Tokyo station. do prepare for crowds during peak hours, may have to wait 2-3 trains to get on.

The hotel is a bit modest but clean, very close to the train station but not very close to the center, in a quiet area, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around.
