Location was amazing. Will definitely book again for future trips.
Cleanliness, service and restaraunt was really good.
There are multiple washing machine/dryers on a few floors, but could use 1 or 2 more.
Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

I think it was a fairly comfortable trip, but unfortunately the breakfast buffet was not very diverse, but the taste was quite good.

it was OK STAY as expected one of Japanese business. The location is very good and the first lady in the US Clay and it like order Japanese hotel tables small but required amenities facility facility good for the money in value for money I can say.

Great location and amazing staff!
This is an old hotel but has been maintained well. Their key is traditional style and you have to keep the key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel and get it from them when you return. Sometimes it could be inconvenient if you are just on a convenience store run or if you’re shopping nearby and popping in and out frequently. However, it is a good way to avoid losing the key. Other than that, everything was amazing!
Their laundry machine is a washer dryer combo and it takes two hours to wash and dry. It’s quite convenient.

Gteat location. Easy to reach to various part of Tokyo including Narita Airport. The room is normal Japanese size but acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s really close to the train station and there is a lot of lively areas to see near the hotel. Several shopping malls and bars are all around. I hope to one day live in Ikebukuro. I had such a great experience.

Love the location, very near to Sunshine city which kids get to visit the Pokemon Center Mega Tokyo and the aquarium. Nearby has Uniqlo, Sanrio Gift Gate, convenient stores and we can find delicious Ramen around the hotel.
Room is old fashioned, room size is small, cleanliness needs to be improved, not all staff can speak English fluently, luckily we have VoiceTra app to help us during check in.
