Price is not low over $800, Poor sanitary though it’s fully booked and couldn’t change to another floor. Room is with no view , and finally amazing the air-con can be controlled by the next room.

Very convenient hotel and location!
It was our first hotel in Japan😍
We loved this place because of friendly staff and clear rooms! Also there are supermarket on the first floor, different combini, restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel.
The hotel is located nearby Ueno Park and Asakusa. So we used to go there on foot! The night view is magnificent as well!❤️😍 The Uguisudani station is 5 minutes walk farm the hotel that was helpful as well.
The only unpleasant thing - the vending machine ate my 500 yen without giving me drinks, because it was broken. But it is not the fault of the hotel.
Next time I will chose this hotel again!❤️

Good location. About 5-8 min walk from Uguisudani Station (Yamamoto line). Cross over bridge to get to hotel. Good spot to photograph trains. Many eateries around. Lotsa hotels & feel safe. Clean room with comfy beds. Nice buffet 1,650¥ & you get 500¥ off when you purchase during check-in.

Stayed in a twin room. Though room is small but there is sufficient spacing for luggage packing. Take the South exit from Uguisudani Station if you’re carrying luggage. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel where you can find affordable buys.

The first night, the carafs had stains and sheets. We noticed it at night. We asked them to change the next gun. And they changed. We are also used as bedding quilting. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We couldn't sleep in a way. So we left 1 gun early. It is not bad to be on Main Street, but it is not good to stay at this hotel because of hotels on the back streets. I guess I'm not going to Japan again.
