The stay was just fine. The location is very convenient, which was a big plus. However, the hotel itself feels a bit dated and could use some updating. It was clean and quiet, but nothing particularly memorable. Good enough for a short stay

The location is great, about 8 mins walking distance to the shinjuku station. There are a lot of food and shopping options nearby.

Location is amazing, with a bunch of food across the street and both a family mart and 7/11 just a block over. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to multiple metro lines.

Located near to Shinjuku San chome station, and very handy for Golden Gai. Clean rooms, with free washer and dryer. They are thru and thru Japanese - check in no earlier than 3. You might be able to bargain though - they'll let you in at 2.59pm if you're lucky.

There are no information that there are some steps at the entrance, with my heavy luggage i have to carry all of them by myself (i thought the lobby is 1F) but it’s 1.5F, the area is not so bad with all bars around. It’s quite convenient to choose which station to go by 10 minutes walk distance.
The hotel is quite old so all the facilities such as air-con / bath tub / toilet are old version of technology.
Wifi is good here if you want to work.
Would recommend place to people who travel light and work remote.
