The whole place is clean and well organized. It is recommended for solo travelers. My favorite part was the free drinks such as coffee and tea. Will definitely comeback. Thank you for the great experience staying at your place!

Near from the JR Line station. Staffs are very fast on cleaning up the area and active in it. Locker not super big but just enough for my huge luggage. Would definitely come back here!

Great location only one station from Shinjuku station. At the heart of Korean town full of eateries and shopping. Only cons check out at 10am and they did not allow storage of luggage upon check out.

The hotel is quite central and has decent size capsule rooms but the service is very poor. I booked three nights but I wasn’t allowed to stay for a few minutes to rest in the common area/lobby after a long journey because they said it was only for staying guest since I was there before check in…

Clean capsule hotel with clean bed, lockers, toilets, shower rooms. Supplies are sufficient. Hair dryer provided. But no straightener or curler is provided. Shampoo, conditioner and shower foam is provided as well. Shower room has plenty of space to place your clothes, shower items etc.
Downside: aircon on the lockers level is slightly higher than shower level hence it tends to be stuffier. Lockers have limited areas to place stuff. It would be great if they provide a tote bag for us to place our stuff to carry it from lockers level to shower level. Shower level lights are way too dimmed for females to have their make up.
