Everything is ok. There is electric stove and oven. Very convenient. There are some dust on some item in the room. Sometimes there are some smell in the room but not sure where it came from.

Hotel is well suited for a start in the city. Very small rooms and hygiene area. More suitable for singles or couples. In front of the hotel there is a good street with many small things like bars cafe and stores.

Small hotel but very clean and comfy. It's a long walk from Shinagawa station so better take the Keikyu local line as it is only one station away and local train station is only 2 minutes walk.

I stayed overnight without meals. There was a kitchen and a microwave, which was very useful!
It was a shame that the drainage in the bathroom was poor.
It was a little far from Shinagawa Station, but it was located in a shopping district with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants, so it was comfortable!
